Reclaim estimator

Estimate your SaaS reclaim in 30 seconds.

Headcount × apps × per-seat cost → monthly and annualized reclaim, with every assumption spelled out in the panel below. The estimator uses the 25–35% benchmark band our audit corpus surfaces and defaults to the 30% midpoint — your number tightens once Reclamp reads your finance inbox.

Drop in three numbers. We’ll show the math.
Headcount, the number of paid SaaS apps you run, and your average per-seat monthly cost. We’ll apply a flat 30% reclaim assumption (the midpoint of the 25–35% band our audit corpus surfaces) and break the math out below so you can see every input that feeds the output.

Assumes

25–35% reclaimable
(we use 30% (midpoint) by default). Real-world reclaim lands between 25% and 35%of under-used, duplicate, and renegotiable spend — your real number tightens once Reclamp reads your finance inbox.

Methodology

What the 25–35% band actually means.

Public audit reports (Spendflo 2025, CloudEagle 2026, Zylo 2025, Vendr 2024) place reclaimable SaaS spend between 25% and 35% for a typical mid-market stack once you fold in dormant seats, near-duplicate tools, and renewal slippage. The estimator above applies a flat 30% (midpoint) as the headline figure so the default output sits inside that band. Lower-bound runs land closer to 25% on tighter governance; upper-bound runs land closer to 35% on stacks with heavier shadow SaaS spend.

The number the estimator returns is a directional estimate, not a contracted saving. A real claim against your stack requires reading your SSO + one spend source, which is what /contact sets up — one note, one real reply within one business day.

Refine the number

Bring the estimator’s number onto your actual stack.

The 30% midpoint is a starting point. Ops will read your SSO + one spend source, replace the assumption with a measured reclaim curve, and quote a number you can take to finance.
